Job Title: RF Engineer
We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer with strong experience in Huawei planning and optimization to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct RF planning for 2G/3G/4G/5G networks using GENEX U-Net & Cloud
• Review TSSR reports, collect SAF data, and verify LLD information
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive test planning, optimization, and issue resolution
• Manage site data, utilize ISDP, SMP, and Remedy tools, and create project reports
• Handle escalations, VIP sites, trials, and pilot projects
• Track progress and conduct stakeholder meetings on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements:
• Strong background in Huawei RF Planning & Optimization
• Familiarity with the Saudi telecom environment and procedures
• Hands-on experience with GENEX, Remedy, ISDP, and RF-related tools
• Availability in KSA with a valid Iqama
• Excellent coordination and reporting skills
