Job Description:
Pay Range: $87.84hr - $92.84hr
• This role focuses on building and scaling compliance products within the Payments Risk and Compliance domain.
• The Platform Product Manager will define the strategy for compliance products in collaboration with compliance leadership and work with cross-functional teams to develop and scale platform capabilities globally.
• This role ensures the safety of payment flows while supporting the growth of the community through strong product vision and execution.
Requirement/Must Have:
• Seven+ years of experience building payments, compliance, or risk-related products in a product management role.
• Platform product management experience supporting a variety of business customers.
• Strong customer understanding with the ability to prioritize, build, and iterate continuously.
• Ability to articulate problem statements, vision, and detailed execution plans.
• Ability to build partnerships across internal and external groups.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize using limited resources.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Skills:
• Compliance experience including AML, KYC, BSA, MTL.
• Experience in fintech and collaborating with external auditors.
• Technical background (engineering, data science, analytics, or operations).
• Strong operational understanding to improve workflow processes and tools.
• Growth mindset with the ability to balance safety and scalability.
• Experience with global payment programs and global teams.
• Ability to scale products from early-stage to global adoption.
Should Have:
• Ability to start small while building toward long-term scalability.
• Experience working closely with operations teams.
Qualification And Education:
• Relevant education in a related field.
Experience:
• Prior experience in payments, compliance, risk product management, or platform product roles as outlined above.
