Operate with the agile delivery approach and work collaboratively with teams across engineering, operations, sales, legal, compliance, risk and strategic vendors deliver innovative and best in class outcome Be an active participant in the agile squad to see through a product from its inception to its launch Support senior product managers in the product development life cycle, including but not limited to drafting, groomming and prioritizing user stories backlog, business process mapping, UAT and production release support Collaborate with cross divisional teams such as operations, legal, compliance and risk where required to progress the product development and product launch Identify opportunity to improve our product feature and performance to meet client demands and stay ahead of the competitors Enables collective achievement of our strategic goals Generates sustainable shareholder returns and above market shareholder value.

• *What client is looking for**:
3+ years of experience in financial industry, preferably in Cash Management, Transaction Banking and/or Commercial Banking as a Product Manager or Sr. Business Analyst. 3+ years of hand on experience in Agile development in a Product Manager/Owner or Sr. Business Analyst role, including creating, grooming user stories and refining backlog. In-depth working knowledge in deposit, liquidity and other Cash Management products such as Virtual Accounts (VAM), Sweeps and investment solutions. Understanding of innovative technologies and current digital banking trends. Working knowledge in digital channels
