Our work, together, powers a better tomorrow Job Details Job Details: We are on the hunt for an experienced and dedicated Consulting QA/QC Inspector - Community Solar to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in the Energy industry. This is a remote position with a considerable amount of travel involved. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our solar projects, leveraging their expertise in inverters, medium voltage, and mv. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive inspections of solar projects, focusing on quality assurance and quality control, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Use your expertise in inverters, medium voltage, and mv to evaluate the performance and safety of solar installations. • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards, and ensure they are adhered to by all relevant parties. • Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities and deviations, and provide technical advice for corrective actions. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality objectives are met and potential risks are mitigated. • Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on QA/QC practices and procedures. • Regularly report on the status of QA/QC activities and improvements to senior management. Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Energy industry, specifically in solar projects. • Proven expertise in inverters, medium voltage, and mv. • Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, procedures, and standards as they apply to solar projects. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address non-conformities and deviations. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a variety of audiences. • Ability to work remotely and travel extensively as required. • Relevant certification in Quality Assurance/Quality Control would be an advantage. • A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
