Property - Project & Mobilisation Coordinator – Jeddah KSA This is a very exciting opportunity for a Property - Project Mobilisation Co-ordinator to be part of this amazing new F&B project in Jeddah and future expansion plans in the Kingdom! Key Purpose of the role: Based in Jeddah and reporting into the Global Head of Property (UK), this role supports the brands presence on site during the construction, fit-out, and mobilisation phases. The position provides coordination and hands-on support to ensure on-site works align with approved design documentation and meet the company’s quality standards. As a key link between the developer, contractors, and the company’s head office, this role helps facilitate the transition from construction completion to operational readiness and final handover to the local operations team. Required Skills & Background for this role: • At least 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, site supervision, or project management roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is required • A recognised Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 • Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) preferred • Hands-on experience with mid- to high-end F&B or hospitality fit-outs, including: Commercial kitchens; AV and lighting systems & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems • Proven experience in in-house construction coordination, supervision, delivery, and venue mobilisation roles, or experience on the contractor/consultant side delivering these activities on behalf of the client. • Demonstrated experience in coordinating handover processes from contractors and developers to operators, including testing & commissioning and operational startup support. • Experience with mid- to high-end F&B and hospitality fit-outs, with strong knowledge of specialist systems such as MEP, lighting, AV, EPOS, IT, and commercial kitchen equipment. • A keen eye for construction quality, fit-out, and fabrication detailing, with a solid understanding of regional and international construction principles and practices. • Strong ability to read and interpret detailed design and construction drawings (architectural, MEP, fabrication), with working knowledge of CAD tools. • Experience coordinating or supporting client-direct procurement of FF&E and OS&E items. • Good understanding of KSA and international building codes, construction standards, and health & safety compliance requirements. • Familiarity with RIBA project stages and standard project workflows. • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred • Ability to access and work within the Makkah province. • Holds all necessary accreditations and certifications required for site-based roles in KSA. • It would be desirable to have Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and operational systems, including data networks, telephony, EPOS, security, and access control systems. • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
