We’re looking to hire a Sr. UX UI Designer for a multinational e-commerce company to create exceptional user experiences within e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in visual design, storytelling, and a deep understanding of user behavior and interaction design principles.
• This is a 12 month + opportunity.
• The role is located in San Francisco, CA or Austin, TX and is fully remote.
• Application Deadline is Aug. 1st, 2025
• Hourly Rate: $60hr. - $70hr.
Responsibilities:
• Lead UX Design from problem definition to final execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Software Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers.
• Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to develop your design.
• Create ideation, user scenarios, journey map, wireframes, Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process.
• Closely work with the Design System Team to align with the latest design guideline and contribute to its evolution to the next level.
• Closely collaborate with our UXR Team to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience and usability of products.
Requirements:
• Online portfolio that shows a broad range of User Experience Design works from web/mobile based applications for consumer products.
• Detail-oriented and chasing pixel perfection while being able to see the big picture.
• Efficient with Design Systems, Information Architecture, Design Patterns and Interaction Design.
• 5+ years experience working as a UX Designer, preferably in the e-commerce and financial services industry, web and mobile apps.
• Experience working in an Agile Based Environment is a plus.
• Highly proficient in design and wire framing software such as Figma and/or Sketch.
