What You'll Do
• Work collaboratively within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support comprehensive technical solutions across full-stack development tools and technologies.
• Stay at the forefront of tech trends, explore and experiment with new technologies, contribute to technology communities, and mentor fellow engineers.
• Partner with digital product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans in their financial journeys.
• Utilize languages and technologies such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases. Engage with container orchestration services, including Docker and Kubernetes, and leverage various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience (internships not included).
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of expertise in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
• 3+ years of experience in open-source frameworks.
• 2+ years working with Agile practices.

Salary ranges for this role vary by location, for example, the Senior Software Engineer salary ranges include:
• Chicago, IL: $144,200 - $164,600
• McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000
• Richmond, VA: $144,200 - $164,600
This position is also eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
