Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer
As a Quality Assurance Officer, the candidate must have exposure to audits in healthcare and handling policies, compliance, KPIs, and TQM.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update policies, protocols, and guidelines related to patient care, infection control, safety, and risk management.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, and patient feedback data to assess the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead or participate in external audits and accreditation processes conducted by regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
• Provide training, education, and support to staff members on quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformities, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and industry standards, and ensure timely implementation of required updates and enhancements.
