The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for a Manager of Cloud Architecture who would be interested in a full time hybrid remote opportunity offered within Ottawa, ON.
• *Responsibilities**
- Lead product and service architecture across multiple products and RD teams globally.
- Perform planning and management of architecture resources and allocation of efforts.
- Report regularly on the status of architecture progress, roadblocks and mitigation plans; ensure RD congestion points are mitigated cross-functionally
- Ensure agile process is correctly followed by team and drive improvements as identified.
- Drive alignment to TOGAFreg; architecture principles within team.
- Interface with partners to identify areas for collaboration and contribute to commercial and technical agreements.
- People management and interpersonal skills, coaching and ensuring the team is unblocked so they can achieve their objectives. Effective communication and interactions with the DevOps and other functional teams we engage.

• *Qualifications**
- Strong technical background in Real Time Communications architecture.
- Possess an approach and philosophy around building, leading, developing and retaining a world class software centric team.
- Cloud development and delivery knowledge and experience.
- Telecommunications and SaaS experience.
- Ability to conceive, implement and run first-class product processes and execution across multiple complex products. DevOps Infrastructure management methodologies.
- History of delivering and maintaining carrier grade quality products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience leading discussions and managing relationships with external customers.
- Very strong leadership qualities with the ability to build teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Broad business knowledge, and significant, in-depth knowledge of technology industry, products and processes.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in the technology field (Real Time Communications, Cloud Architecture, Telecommunications, Voice / Data Networking and Technologies)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in leading teams
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
- Knowledge of Ribbon product lines an asset.
