We’re seeking a strategic and culturally-attuned Brand Researcher for a remote opportunity. In this role, you'll lead qualitative research and brand insight initiatives to uncover human truths that drive naming, brand identity, and storytelling—particularly within sectors like real estate, placemaking, and luxury. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, and client stakeholders to translate research into actionable, brand-building insights.

Brand Researcher Responsibilities:
• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and field research to uncover audience insights and cultural context.
• Design and facilitate collaborative sessions that inform brand strategy, naming, and positioning.
• Synthesize qualitative findings into clear, compelling recommendations and reports.
• Support naming and brand identity projects with insight-driven guidance and analysis.
• Engage a wide range of audiences—from community members to C-suite executives—with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate across internal teams and client organizations to ensure research insights are activated meaningfully.
• Use tools like Google Workspace, Miro, Typeform, or SurveyMonkey to organize, analyze, and present data.
Brand Researcher Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in brand research, cultural insights, or qualitative strategy.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and distill complex findings into strategic insights.
• Experience supporting naming and brand identity work—ideally in real estate, placemaking, or luxury/lifestyle sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.
• Comfort working across diverse populations, including grassroots communities and high-level investors/executives.
• Strong writing and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, Miro, and survey platforms (e.g., Typeform, SurveyMonkey).
• Background in anthropology, sociology, design research, or brand strategy (preferred).
• Familiarity with visual storytelling or data visualization (preferred).
