Candidate Qualifications:
• Has previous on-call cleaning company office experience.
• Must be able to share responsibilities with the other coordinator.
• Can speak both English and Tagalog Or English and Hindi.
• Has a good accounts knowledge and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Taking cleaning bookings and assigning appointments to best suited team members
• Organizing and maintaining financial records.
• Creating social media content.
• Working together with another office team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
• Recruiting and hands on training of cleaning staff.
• Maintaining detailed records and generating operational reports for management.
• Preparing reports on service performance and customer feedback.
• Maintaining records of inventory and supplies
