Are you someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and working with data? We're looking for a Market Data Analyst to support a growing Technology & Operations team.
Reporting to the Director of Data Scouting, the Market Data Analyst will play a integral role in supporting the market data database administration and controls. You'll help ensure the company's market data ecosystem runs smoothly - from vendor contracts to user access, cost allocations, and inventory accuracy.
You'll be the connecting link between business users, market data vendors, and finance teams, ensuring information is accurate, compliant, and optimized.
What You'll Do:
• Support day-to-day data administration including moves/adds/changes, expense allocation and inventory updates
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, services, pricing, and users
• Manage entitlements and real-time data feed authorizations
• Assist in invoice reconciliation, validating costs and resolving discrepancies
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries
• Develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and market data vendors
• Contribute to continuous improvements and take ownership of the function
What You Bring:
• Experience within financial services, market data, or consulting
• Exposure to market data platforms and vendors such as Bloomberg, FactSet, stock exchange feeds, etc.
• Knowledge of FITS/MDSL inventory systems (is preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence
