We at Global me Recruitment Network Looking to hire Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager position for Abu Dhabi Location who have experience only in Abu Dhabi market. This role carries the responsibility of developing and generating business for pumps in the given territory in the water and wastewater treatment industry, working closely with the EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and end users, offering the solutions Candidates selling Pumps to wastewater industry in Abu Dhabi will be preferred. Position Title: Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager Industry: Wastewater Segment Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: Min. 3 years relevant exp. Budget : 12,000 AED -14,000 AED Candidate Location- Currently based in Abu Dhabi Driving License : Must have a UAE Driving license. Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed the agreed sales and margin targets for pumps, within specified timeframes. Understanding Water, wastewater, Water Treatment, Industrial market requirements for pumps. Interfacing and collaborating with EPCs, End users, OEMs and consultants to highlight the value-added benefits of using our range of Pumps and ensuring their inclusion in project specifications. Regular customer visits, meetings, information gathering, tender submissions, and follow-up meetings to secure orders for pumps. Identifying potential suppliers, new customers, applications for developing new business opportunities for various pump solutions. Planning, organizing, and participating in sales team meetings, conferences, presentations, and customer training to support business activity for Pumps. Reports on a regular basis (weekly and monthly) progress toward sales plans objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any other relevant education. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the Water & Wastewater industry selling in the Abu Dhabi market. Candidates having experience selling the following pumps will be preferred Ebara, Wilo, KSB, Grundfos, Flowserve,DAB. Strong communication skills in all forms, including written, oral, e-mail and presentation Strong track record with delivering growth in both sales and profitability Preferably with min 3 experience in Sales & Business Development of Pumps in Abu Dhabi. Technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of technical and commercial team. Ability to work in an independent manner in planning activities, making decisions, and supporting customers. Strong market analyzing capabilities. Able to understand market drivers, uncover customer needs, and estimate financial opportunity.
