Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Implementation Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing cloud-based solutions.
Proven experience as a Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing Microsoft solutions including Active Directory, Exchange, WSUS, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, etc
Proven experience as a Microsoft Modern workplace solution or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing Microsoft Modern workplace solutions including O365, Intune, Ms defender
Proficient in cloud architecture design principles, including scalability, availability, and security.
Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools, and the ability to assess the feasibility and risks associated with cloud adoption.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes and Azure Devops
Familiarity with DR solutions and replication tools including Azure Site Recovery, carbonite
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications, such as AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator (Must)

DevOps Engineer Expert (preferred)
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5-7 years' experience as a Azure Implementation Engineer role
At least 5+ years of experience in a Azure Cloud Engineer role or related position
Understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design, and implementations, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS delivery models
Experience in scripting like PowerShell, Azure CLI and Python
Experience with Infrastructure as Code including Terraform, ARM, Bicep
Knowledge of security hardening and system performance tuning
