Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and improving test processes, analyzing product specifications to determine appropriate designs and processes to support customer requirements.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise in RF, analog and digital circuits, as well as experience with test software suites such as TestStand and LabView. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage dynamic workloads and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including factory test procedures/instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool, and fixture designs.
• Working with Test Equipment Engineering on new or existing test hardware and software.
• Supporting manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting, incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP, providing technical support to testing of production hardware and maintenance of test equipment.
• Dispositioning non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required.
• Driving Continuous Improvement to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
