Embedded Firmware Engineer - Radio Driver
We are seeking talented engineers to join our team in developing innovative wireless silicon for Apple's products. As a firmware engineer, you will design, develop, and bring up fresh silicon solutions for various Apple products, including the iPhone and Mac.
Description
We require skilled engineers with experience in wireless systems and protocols, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of embedded software fundamentals. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing PHY firmware architecture, collaborating with RF hardware teams, and debugging real-time systems.
Minimum Qualifications
• BS degree with 3+ years of industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with wireless systems and protocols such as Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/LTE/NR.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues during design, development, and maintenance phases.
• Deep understanding of data structures, object-oriented design, and system architecture in an embedded environment.
• Strong software engineering skills, including design, development (using C, C++), scripting (Python), and debugging.
Our total compensation package includes base pay, discretionary stock programs, comprehensive benefits, and educational reimbursement opportunities. The base pay range for this role is between $139,500 and $258,100, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
