The ideal candidate will have experience in administering enterprise storage systems and backup solutions, knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), Windows Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/Group Policy, and be able to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
