Responsibilities
• To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or review.
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders and should be able to implement tools & strategies to translate the raw data into valuable insights with strong logical reasoning skills & Business intelligence.
• Gather and work on large sets of data, perform analysis and identify, design, and implement internal process movements
• Understanding of cloud computing environments, and skilled with debugging, troubleshooting, and testing patterns
Skills Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Experience with popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or Pyramid.
• Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts and tools.
• In-depth understanding of the Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks and tools such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn and PyTorch.
• A working understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Contributions to open-source Python projects or active involvement in the Python community.
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
