Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy, design, and operations of compute and cloud services across the APAC region within a hybrid environment (AWS, Azure, and Private Cloud)Ensure the cloud infrastructure meets global standards for availability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Drive cloud adoption initiatives, including cost optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements throughout APAC.
• Collaborate closely with global architecture teams to apply best practices and integrate emerging technologies.
• Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations and SLA performance for all cloud and compute service providers.
• Manage endpoint operations for PCs, tablets, and mobile devices across APAC using platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SSO solutions.
• Ensure secure, efficient, and compliant identity and access management for all end users.
• Lead initiatives to improve user experience, productivity, and end-to-end device lifecycle management.
• Implement modern workplace technologies and support digital transformation efforts within the region.
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks and compliance standards for endpoint security and data protection.
• Lead and mentor a regional infrastructure team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for both operational towers.
• Align regional initiatives with the global IT strategy while meeting local business requirements.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure service performance, user satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and private cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure AD, Intune, and identity and access management solutions.
• Experience overseeing large-scale, multi-country IT operations across the APAC region.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• * Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Microsoft technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
