We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to provide technical support for the maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix server systems. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, managing compliance tasks, and supporting day-to-day IT service requests.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix server systems.
• Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
• Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge in computer and IT systems, preferably with communications technologies.
• Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows Server platforms, including Microsoft System Centre suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Server Operating System, Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor, Ubuntu, RedHat, Citrix Virtual Desktop, BeyondTrust PIM/PAM, RSA Security Appliance, Splunk, Solarwinds, Tenable VMS, Veeam Backup, and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in Microsoft, Nutanix, or Citrix system implementation, project management, and operations & support.
• Experience in project management, handling technical challenges, and liaising with users and vendors to define business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Pay: $8,500.00 - $10,550.00 per month
Experience:
• Microsoft, Nutanix, or Citrix system implementation: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Server Operating System: 2 years (Preferred)
