We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and manage product requirements and technical integration conversations for Publicis Operating System with clients. Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the roadmap, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation Strategic Leadership: Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budgets, managing client expectations effectively (as needed). Innovation And Research: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to media strategy, audience strategy, business planning, media planning, media activation, measurement and provide strategic recommendations to the product and agency executive teams Drive innovation through cross functional collaboration with research, data science, engineering and clients Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and other team members to drive alignment and implement the product vision Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with executive leadership to provide updates on initiatives, strategies, and performance metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Platform Lead, Agency Leadership, and Client Technical Teams (if needed) to uncover difficulties, solutions, and potential innovation opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, ReSources, Commerce, Social/Influencer, and other Development Teams within Publicis Groupe to provide unique solutions Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional and local development teams to provide novel solutions (if needed), determine scalability of local innovation, and govern against needless development to drive alignment and cost efficiency Represent the company as a leader with a point of view in the Media Mix Modelling community through speaking engagements, conferences, and publications. Bachelor's or Master's degree or an equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related rigor. Extensive experience in product management (typically 10+) in areas related to the end-to-end marketing planning, activation, and measurement process Demonstrated success in developing and launching data products in a B2B environment Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions Outstanding skill in working closely with collaborators at all levels, including executive management, engineering teams, and clients. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Deep experience across all media types (global, national, local, digital, direct, programmatic, shopper, etc.) Strong knowledge of ad tech, data integration, data activation, and the data economy, including expertise with third-party ad serving platforms, DSPs, CDPs, 3rd Party data, pixels and Ad Servers Deep knowledge of Identity Solution tools and platforms (e.g. Expertise with customer acquisition goals and optimize CPA, CTR, Completion Rate, etc. Full-time Publicis Groupe provides robust and inclusive benefit programs and policies to support the evolving and diverse needs of our talent and enable every person to grow and thrive.
