Qatar National Bank is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services provided by the bank meet the highest standards of quality and are compliant with all applicable regulations.We are looking for a professional with a strong background in quality assurance and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the banking sector. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.The successful candidate will be expected to drive the quality assurance process within the bank, ensuring that all products and services meet the highest possible standards. They will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on quality performance, and proposing and implementing process improvements to ensure the highest quality of work.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality assurance process within the bank, ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards.
Analyze and report on quality performance, proposing and implementing process improvements.
Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards.
Monitor compliance with applicable regulations.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that products and services meet quality requirements.
Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
Identify and investigate quality issues to ensure timely resolution.
Develop and implement quality control plans.
Monitor production processes to ensure that quality standards are met.
Perform root cause analysis of quality issues.
