Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and monitoring. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the front-end and back-end. Mentor, support, and guide engineers on best practices, code quality, and career growth. Conduct code reviews, facilitate tech discussions, and drive continuous improvement. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose tools or frameworks that improve productivity and scalability. Ensure secure, reliable, and performant solutions that meet business goals. Requirements 6+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role. Proven experience with both frontend and backend development. Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue ). Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java , or similar. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs , GraphQL , and system design. Strong working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP ) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes ). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile development practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in leading cross-functional teams or multiple engineers on large-scale projects. Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product development environment. Understanding of DevOps, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), or observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 43,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 151,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
