Technical Leadership (70%)
• Architect and implement highly available, secure integration systems
• Build and maintain scalable connectors for ERP/healthcare APIs
• Lead design discussions, write production-grade code, and own performance optimization
• Champion clean, observable systems with stellar testing, CI/CD, and alerting practices
• Drive automation and resilience through smart, scalable infrastructure
Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
• Partner with clients and vendors to scope and deliver integration solutions
• Support integration rollouts and troubleshoot production issues
• Work closely with product, customer success, and other engineering teams to align priorities
Mentorship & Strategy (10%)
• Guide and mentor engineers on integration patterns and system design
• Influence architectural decisions and help shape our technical roadmap
• Introduce new tools, frameworks, and best practices to uplevel the team
🔍What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years of engineering experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or integrations
• Proven success designing and scaling distributed systems & real-time APIs
• Fluent in Ruby, Python, or Type Script (bonus if youve worked in all three)
• Deep knowledge of API design (REST, Graph
QL, SOAP) and secure data flows
• Experience with observability, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infra
• You write clean, reliable code-and inspire others to do the same
