Job Title: Scrum MasterThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating high-performing teams.Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure the team adheres to agile principles.Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Remove Impediments: Identify and address any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth workflow.Performance Metrics: Maintain and update performance metrics to provide clear feedback to the team.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.Tool Adoption: Support the adoption and consistent use of agile tools to enhance team productivity.Release Management: Coordinate release planning and manage dependencies across teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in banking/wealth services.Technical Skills: Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and positively influence team members and stakeholders.Mindset: Demonstrated continuous improvement approach and a proven change agent capable of coaching teams through new situations.
