Business Analyst – Finance Transformation We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale Finance Transformation programme. The role will focus on defining prioritised technology requirements, mapping current and future processes, and supporting the development of a digital roadmap that enables delivery through to March 2027.Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements definition and prioritisation for Finance technology and process changes.
• Conduct as-is process analysis, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Support creation of to-be process maps and future ways of working.
• Map dependencies across business, technology and data teams to ensure a clear route to delivery.
• Produce requirements that are clear, structured and translatable for downstream design and implementation.
• Document insights from interviews, workshops and data gathering.
• Define the support needed from technology and data directorates to inform the case for change and roadmap.
Key Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and prioritisation.
• Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN or similar).
• Analytical mindset with excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience contributing to technology or digital roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including interviews and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to work effectively within a complex transformation programme.
