We just opened 2 FREE seats for QA Interns. FREE = costs you nothing, pays you in skills, tools, and portfolio. Most QA jobs = test ticket #4,287 in a backlog you'll never see the end of. You'll test features that ship to real users at a fast-moving B2B AI startup. Here's what most QA careers look like: You join a big company or offshore dev shop. You get a ticket. Test this feature. File bugs. Move to next ticket. Repeat 10,000 times. You never see the product ship. You never talk to users. You're a cog in a machine. Meanwhile, the best QA professionals? They work at startups where they see impact. Where their testing directly affects product quality. Where they learn fast because the product moves fast. So we asked ourselves: What if we hired 2 QA interns who want to start their careers at a B2B AI startup – learning manual testing, automation, and AI-powered QA tools while actually seeing their work matter? What you'll do as a team: -Manual testing (test new features before release, run regression tests, explore user flows, find bugs before users do) -Automated testing (write and maintain automated test suites – if you know automation, great; if not but you have coding foundation, we'll teach you) -AI-powered testing (use specialized AI tools for test case generation, bug detection, and test automation – learn tools most QA professionals don't know yet) -Bug reporting (clear, detailed bug reports that developers can actually use) -Cross-browser and device testing (ensure features work everywhere) -Regression testing (make sure new features don't break old ones) -Work with product and engineering (understand what's being built, why it matters, test with real context) -Learn continuously (you'll start with 2 weeks of deep dive into our product and QA processes, but real expertise comes from 6 months of testing) -As a team of 2, you'll cover manual and automated testing together. Individually, you'll focus where you're strongest. You'll figure out the split. →Weeks 1-2: Deep dive into Unstuck Engine, our product, and our QA processes – learn what we're building, understand user flows, see current testing practices. This is your foundation. → Weeks 3-4: Trial period – you're doing your first manual testing and bug reporting, learning our systems, we're both deciding if this fits → Months 2-6: You're owning QA as a team – testing features, building automation, using AI tools, improving product quality What makes this different: Most QA roles = test tickets in isolation, never see the full product. This = test at a startup where you see features ship, talk to the team building them, understand why quality matters. You'll learn AI-powered testing tools that most QA professionals haven't touched yet. You'll own quality for a real product with real users. Who Should Apply: Recent Computer Science or related graduates. This works best with deep immersion - the more hours you put in, the faster you'll learn and ship. Some interns do 15-20 hours/week, others go full-time (40 hours/week). Full-time means you build more, learn faster, and see stronger results in 6 months. Manual testing skills required. Automation experience is a plus (we'll teach if you have coding foundation and are strong on manual testing). We're hiring 2 interns who will work as a team on manual and automated testing. Fair warning: This isn't for everyone. If you need income now → This is unpaid If you want predictable 9-5 work → Startups move fast, priorities shift, you'll need to adapt If you hate repetitive work → Manual testing has repetitive elements If you're not detail-oriented → Bugs you miss ship to users If you only want automation → You'll do manual testing too But if you want to start your QA career at a B2B AI startup (not a testing factory), see direct impact of your work (features you test ship to real users), learn AI-powered testing tools (ahead of most QA professionals), work with product and engineering teams (not just ticket queue), and optimize for learning and career trajectory over immediate income – we should talk. Because here's what we believe: 0% of great QA careers start by being ticket #4,287 in a queue. 0% of effective testing happens without understanding what you're testing and why. 100% of QA professionals who grow fast work where they see their impact. What happens after 6 months? You complete the internship program and join our alumni network. Top performers get considered for our QA Engineer position (paid, equity, real role). Either way, you leave with: QA experience at a B2B AI startup (better career trajectory than testing factory) Manual and automated testing skills Experience with AI-powered testing tools Portfolio showing real product testing and bug reports Understanding of QA in fast-moving startup environment The best QA professionals don't just find bugs. They ensure quality. Ready to start your QA career at a B2B AI startup? Apply: Record a 1-minute video (phone quality is fine) explaining: What excites you about QA (especially at a startup)? Describe any testing experience you have (school projects, personal projects, anything technical) Why you, why now, why this internship? Send your video with the application: https://app.dover.com/apply/Unstuck%20Engine/c09056a6-46c2-4121-94b5-75de79e01670?rs=40116684 (And if you haven't done formal testing yet? That's okay, but tell us why you want to start in QA.) P.S. — Still reading? Good. Think about what it means to own quality for a product real users depend on. That's what you'll do here. Then record that video. We want people who care about quality, not just finding bugs.
