Job Scope:
• Responsible for fixing prioritized incident reports (IR) assigned by team lead.
• Analyze and ensure IRs assigned are valid defects.
• Discuss IR fixes with members from different teams to assess impact of any changes.
• Coordinate any cross-team effort required for any integration defects.
• Ensure delivery of IR in timeframe given.
• Escalate any issues to team lead.
• Support group and team lead in achieving their application support objectives.
• Provide production support to modules or processes to ensure client’s day-to-day activities have minimum down time.
Job Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in .NET with minimum 2 years’ experience in maintaining a similar public sector system/application.
• Proven expertise in relevant skill sets including Microsoft .NET, C# programming and Angular.
• Experience in JCL, Stored Procedure Programming, Adobe AEM, SQL Server.
• Experience in production support, application support and resolving incident reports.
• Familiar with batch and online application design concepts. Should have experience in handing large volume of data.
