We are supporting a high-profile global cloud provider in their search for a Cloud Sales Lead to drive commercial growth across the region. This role is ideal for a senior sales leader with 10+ years of experience in cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in complex, high-value sales environments. As the Cloud Sales Lead, you will shape the go-to-market strategy, oversee a specialised cloud sales function, and spearhead revenue growth across enterprise and strategic accounts. The successful candidate will bring deep cloud expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead teams toward ambitious consumption and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement the cloud sales strategy to expand market presence and accelerate revenue growth. • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Cloud Account Managers to ensure strong performance and continued development. • Performance Management: Monitor sales results across key metrics (ARR, consumption, pipeline health, services revenue) and report progress to regional leadership. • Account & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners to maximise cloud adoption. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure offerings align with customer needs and market trends. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related technical field. • 10+ years’ experience in technology sales leadership, ideally within cloud services or complex IT infrastructure. • Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets across cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Professional & Managed Services). • Relevant cloud certifications preferred. • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
