About the Role
The Oral Health Technical Lead will own and lead a team in all technical aspects of a product or dose form family at a global level.
• Provide technical leadership for innovation portfolio, value engineering remediation sustainability, PPV projects, manufacturing transformation, product robustness, and continuous improvement.
• Lead a small team of experts (Global Product Owners and Engineers).
• Maintain expertise in the dose form / products through training and development of central and site-based technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all aspects of Product Quality Lifecycle management are applied to the product(s), including current Technical Risk Assessment and Product Control Strategy.
• Driving quality cost and efficiency improvements through data-driven continuous improvement programs.
• Providing technical representation for supply chain in early stage New Product Introductions (NPIs) development with R&D and technical support for supply strategy planning and sourcing decisions.
• Ensuring standardization of Product Control Strategy across different manufacturing sites and sharing best practices through community of practices.
• Providing technical oversight during technology transfer of products into supply sites from R&D out to other sites.
