Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the product delivery committee to launch new products, ensuring seamless integration with New Business/Policy Servicing teams. • Represent the team in product meetings and work with relevant stakeholders to gather business requirements for submission. • Partner with the technology team to create and review UAT test plans, ensuring successful test sign-offs. • Prepare and deliver product training sessions to New Business/Policy Servicing teams. • Monitor post-implementation progress to ensure smooth product rollouts and resolve any arising issues. • Document business and handling rules for new products in SOPs and user guides. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree with prior experience in UAT, Business Analysis or Project Management. • Relevant knowledge of New Business/Policy Servicing functions, along with prior experience in Life, ILP, and Term insurance plans, UAT testing, and product development processes is ideal • Self-driven learner with the ability to work independently. • Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Detail-oriented, able to process requests accurately and meet service standards. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office and a digital mindset to apply digital tools for process efficiency.
