Technical Expertise:
• Overall 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Java: 5+ years with Java 8/11/17+.
• Spring Boot: Expert-level knowledge with Spring ecosystem.
• APIs: Extensive REST API development experience.
• Microservices: 4+ years hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Hadoop & HIVE.
• Apache Spark: 3+ years experience with Spark Core & SQL.
• ETL: Experience with IBM Datastage, Informatica, or Talend.
• SQL & PLSQL.
Management And Coordination:
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams and other stakeholders.
• Project management experience in Agile environments.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong cross-time-zone collaboration skills.
