About the Role
Owning the strategy and execution, you will report to the Board of Directors and leverage our positioning, momentum, and growing markets to continually develop and drive the go-to-market strategy and growth of the business.
As a sophisticated enterprise SaaS software/Fintech operator, you will be the face of the company and a key executive team member, bringing a driving, hands-on approach to leadership while nurturing a collaborative culture of excellence.
• Work with the Board of Directors and senior management team to refine the strategic plan, priorities, and options.
• Lead the expansion of the company into new high-growth applications/business areas.
• Ensure organizational capacity is in place to deliver on plans.
• Architect the organization to scale and maintain a corporate culture that outperforms.
