Join our dynamic team as a Fullstack Web Developer. You'll have a strong background in frontend and backend development, experience in containerized applications and continuous integration/deployment pipelines. Develop, test, and maintain web applications ensuring they're scalable, robust, and user-friendly. Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products • Develop and maintain web applications using Vite for frontend and NodeJS/Express for backend • Implement RESTful APIs for frontend functionalities • Write clean, efficient code following best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Utilize Docker for containerization and manage deployments using GitLab CI/CD pipelines • Monitor application performance and optimize for high availability and scalability • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack • Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Three to five years of relevant experience Preferred Skills • Strong understanding of JavaScript • Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, React • Experience with Vite for frontend development • Understanding of backend development using NodeJS and Express • Experience with Docker and containerized applications • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and implementation • Experience with version control systems, especially Git • Knowledge of database management systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools • Knowledge of security best practices in web development • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with Rancher for container orchestration • Familiarity with other frontend frameworks and libraries • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Our benefits include healthcare, basic term and optional term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, pregnancy disability and parental leave, 401(k) and employer-funded retirement plan, paid vacation, sick and safe leave accruals, and adoption assistance.
