🧠 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with a strong background in the Banking domain, particularly Loan Origination Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with TOSCA or Selenium automation tools and be capable of delivering high-quality test design, execution, and defect management.
You’ll work closely with development and business teams to ensure seamless testing coverage, accuracy, and efficiency in automated test frameworks.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using TOSCA or Selenium for user interface (UI) testing.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed test cases in Zephyr (integrated with JIRA).
• Execute manual and automated test cases and document results clearly.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Apply web UI testing best practices and maintain automation frameworks.
• Participate in test planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure all testing activities meet project timelines and quality standards.
🧩 Requirements
Technical Skills
• Proven experience in Automation Testing for Banking or Financial Services projects.
• Hands-on experience with TOSCA or Selenium WebDriver (Certification is mandatory).
• Proficient in JIRA and Zephyr Test Management Tool.
• Strong understanding of web UI testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and XML.
• Experience in defect management and quality reporting.

🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• TOSCA or Selenium Certification required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automation testing, with exposure to Banking applications (Loan Origination preferred).
