We are a consulting firm specializing in implementing and optimizing performance management software solutions. Our objective is to develop a web-application framework for our enterprise client solutions & operations.
Role
We are seeking a senior, hands-on technical leader who can operate across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and product execution. This role will lead our development team and own the end-to-end lifecycle of a modern SaaS application—from architecture and development to deployment, scaling, and optimization.
You will play a critical role in shaping technical strategy, influencing product direction, and integrating AI-driven workflows and automation into our platform.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the design and development of an end-to-end, enterprise-grade SaaS web application
• Own architecture, infrastructure, and deployment across cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and privacy-focused systems for enterprise clients
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automation, and intelligent features
• Integrate with third-party systems and enterprise platforms
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor and guide developers, setting best practices for engineering excellence
• Drive key technical and product decisions as the platform and organization scale
• Optimize system performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and maintainability
Required Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or technical product leadership
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SaaS applications, from concept through production deployment
• Strong expertise in:
• Modern web technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python)
• Cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with:
• AI concepts, ML-powered features, or AI workflow automation
• Designing scalable, distributed systems
• Strong understanding of security, data privacy, and enterprise-grade architecture
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage or startup environment
• Prior startup or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred

• Experience leading or managing small engineering teams
• Product management experience or strong product intuition
• Experience building internal frameworks or developer platforms
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS, B2B platforms, or consulting environments
