• Salary : $3000 - $5000 depending on experience and qualification
• Working Days : Monday - Thursday 830am - 6pm, Friday 830am - 530pm

Duties
• Responsible for guiding and managing the project team of temporary staffs to successfully deliver the project objectives on time.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Provide regular updates to management
Requirements
• Background in Leasing/ Facilities Management
• Degree holder
• Familiar with the IT systems to concurrently work on LEAP
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and detail oriented
• Experience in handling/reading lease documents
