Job Title: Content Publisher Locations: Toronto, ON Mode : Hybrid – 3 days Contract Length: 6 Months (Possibility of extension & FTE) Job Description We are seeking a Junior Web Content Publisher with hands-on experience in Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia. The role focuses exclusively on publishing and managing digital web content—not web design. The ideal candidate will support daily web publishing tasks, maintain digital assets, and ensure high-quality content across digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and performance across web properties. Responsibilities • Publish, update, and maintain web content using Contentful CMS. • Organize and manage digital assets through Bynder. • Optimize and maintain website search functionality using Algolia. • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and development teams. • Ensure all content adheres to brand, accessibility, and quality guidelines. • Perform regular site audits to identify and fix content issues. • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Must-Have Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (communications, digital media, marketing, etc.). • 1–2 years of experience in web content management using Contentful or a similar CMS. • Proficiency in Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia. • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. • Bilingual in English and French (nice to have, not mandatory). Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with additional CMS platforms such as Adobe AEM or OpenText WEM. • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. • Basic SEO knowledge.
