About the role:
The Operations and Strategy Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations as it pertains to production standards for business initiatives and staff performance, ensuring the company and its stakeholders have the support necessary to meet goals and objectives. Through their leadership, they provide direction and guidance to the Operations Team and develop and implement plans to ensure work is consistent with the company’s overall strategy, vision, standards, and procedures.

You will be able to handle demanding and highly stressful times, while also understanding the big picture and grand vision in front of us. You will need to be a very organized and execution-minded individual. You will run the day-to-day operations, lead the team, develop and build the culture. You will drive values, lead team activities, organize team outings, and lead the recruitment and retention of new talent. You are somebody who is excited about setting the standard for excellence for how things flow here and how the company runs. We are entrepreneurial minded. The vision is ever-growing and we need help to execute it. The founding of our company has a collaborative all hands on deck mindset!
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday in northern New Jersey. It will not be a remote role.
Core Responsibilities:
• Set individual and team KPI’s; provide feedback and reduce bottlenecks through reviews and one-on-one coaching.
• Running the “back-end” of the business
• Working hand-in-hand with the CEO of the company
• Office and day-to-day operations managing
• Taking calls from CEO and be willing to run errands outside of regular hours, on occasion.
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the compliance to office standards and procedures; ensure project roadmap is adhered to for all projects.
• Lead the team with energy and influence to build a positive culture and foster engagement that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
• Plan company outings and service in the community.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial performance and assess against budget, financial, and operational goals. Completing monthly finance reports and daily expenses; generating reports to review with the CEO.
• Tracking and oversight on incoming commissions, ensuring what is received is reported on the company P&L accordingly.
• Tracking and maintenance of company supplies, keeping a healthy balance of supplies for our team.
• Manage and attend to PTO requests, time and attendance, confirming appropriate coverage and smoothness of daily operations.
• Onboarding and offboarding of incoming and departing employees.
• Maintaining office IT equipment; troubleshooting technical issues with vendors.
Who You Are:
• You have 5+ years’ experience in business operations, project management, strategy, and business development.
• You have an all hands on deck mindset - available nights and weekends when needed for calls and business check-ins and you are not offended by this.
• Energetic personality who ENJOYS people and can be catalyst for our values and driving culture

• Extremely high Organization and Prioritization skills
• You have a business development mindstate
• Attention to detail is critical. Must be able to identify issues and address appropriately.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools and use of campaigns and workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI Tools
• Very adept at the use of Social Media- Instagram, You Tube, TikTok, and Facebook
• Able to work independently and be proactive in your learning.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to be a productive team player; work well with other team members.
• Excellent personal project management skills, ensuring follow up and completion where needed.

Salary: $93,000 - $102,000/Commensurate upon experience
