Business Transformation Architecture and Delivery We help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. • Contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, product management approaches, and value realization structures. • Support the implementation of transformation offices (TMO, VMO, EPMO) and help clients optimize performance across workstreams. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the setup and operation of transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO). • Support the design and delivery of business processes, solution architecture, and underlying AI and technology frameworks. • Contribute to program road mapping, maturity assessments, and value tracking. • Help manage project timelines and quality standards using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives and transformation programs. • Actively participate in client working sessions. • Travel as needed to support client engagements.
