Responsibility
• Support the Manager or Senior Engineer in all technical matters related to elevator equipment installation, maintenance, and fault resolution.
• Conduct inspections on newly installed and serviced equipment to verify compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Respond swiftly to breakdowns affecting safety or performance, ensuring timely resolution and minimal operational disruption.
• Plan and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Investigate technical issues and prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommended corrective actions.
• Participate in calibration committee activities when assigned, ensuring accurate documentation and calibration of instruments.
• Contribute to the technical development of junior team members through training and mentorship.Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support departmental objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance
• Possession of Triple E certification is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
