We're seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to drive innovation within clinical workflows. The ideal candidate will engage with healthcare customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Understand healthcare customers' needs and provide targeted solutions.
• Solution Development: Propose comprehensive healthcare solutions leveraging technology to improve patient care, streamline operations, and enhance clinical outcomes.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare technologies, including EHR, telehealth, and clinical mobility solutions.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Develop expertise on partner products, programs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Field Alignment and Account Mapping: Assist with field alignment and account mapping within the assigned territory.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business strategy and meet customer expectations.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support where applicable to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: College or bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 8 years of IT industry experience, or equivalent experience in the healthcare sector.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare technologies.
• Customer Engagement: Strong skills in understanding healthcare customers' needs.
• Solution Development: Ability to develop and propose comprehensive healthcare solutions.
