A company is looking for a Sr BSA / Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of technical solutions through business process analysis, requirements definition, and user acceptance testing
Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project scope, solutions, and risks while keeping management informed
Required Qualifications
Seven-plus years of business systems analysis experience in an enterprise IT environment
Proven experience in Agile methodology and Scrum roles, with a preference for Product Owner experience
Strong experience documenting Epics and User Stories using a scrum tool like JIRA
Expertise in SQL for data validation and analysis
Ability to work independently and handle complex problems in a cross-functional environment
