Business Analyst - Customer Authentication/Cybersecurity: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Customer Authentication/Cybersecurity for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Business Analyst - Customer Authentication/Cybersecurity - Job Description: This project is a remediation program focused on enhancing customer authentication and cybersecurity measures. The role involves contributing to the delivery of business cases and ensuring traceability of requirements to business solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Business Analyst - Customer Authentication/Cybersecurity - Responsibilities: • Own the facilitation and end-to-end delivery of business requirements • Provide leadership and support in defining business needs and potential solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project benefits and effort estimates • Ensure traceability of requirements and manage project requirements efforts • Apply elicitation techniques to understand requirements and manage risks • Collaborate with technology partners to support system requirements and design • Develop high-level and detailed requirements, including EPICS and Stories • Support Quality Assurance and Change Management activities Business Analyst - Customer Authentication/Cybersecurity - Mandatory Skills: • 10+ years Business Analysis experience • Expert knowledge of SDLC/PDLC/RMLC/BPM/BAT • Strong BA techniques (Use Case, Gap, Root Cause, Process Modelling) • Hands-on Agile & Waterfall experience • Advanced problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills • Experience in Customer Authentication, Cybersecurity, Fraud, and/or Information Security projects • University or post-graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline Business Analyst - Customer Authentication/Cybersecurity – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with remediation initiatives/projects • Banking or FI experience • Business Analysis accreditation (e.g., CBAP or other IIBA certification) • Exposure to Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology • Experience working on multidisciplinary teams Business Analyst - Customer Authentication/Cybersecurity – Assignment Length: This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.
