Job Family: Software Development & Support Travel Required: None Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: As the Technical Lead for Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, you will play a key role in developing enterprise-grade solutions to meet business needs at Guidehouse. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 and CRM processes will guide your involvement in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), ensuring that stakeholder requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications. You will work closely with various teams to create, assess, and implement solutions that are both innovative and effective. • Engage with stakeholders to thoroughly document and verify business requirements. • Transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications while reviewing functional specifications. • Provide estimates and assist in task planning to support business cases and prioritize projects. • Leverage your technical knowledge to recommend impactful solutions that drive business success. • Design, develop, test, and implement functionality in alignment with best practices and SDLC methodologies. • Evaluate Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform’s out-of-the-box features, low-code options, and custom code possibilities to deliver optimal solutions. • Stay abreast of technological advances to ensure our tools and practices are current and effective. • Possibly act as a project leader for smaller, time-limited projects, guiding junior team members as needed. • Take ownership of CRM incident ticket management, conducting root cause analysis where required. • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for effective issue resolution. What You Will Need: • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of professional experience, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. • A minimum of 5 years of application development experience with Dynamics 365 Sales (cloud), including at least 2 years in a technical lead or lead developer role. • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and CRM business processes. • Experience with SAAS implementations and various Software Development Lifecycle methodologies. • Familiarity with ITIL process frameworks including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Desirable Qualifications: • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales or Power Platform are a plus. • Experience with Power Platform administration and deployments. • Familiarity with proposal and RFP management tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work successfully in a remote team environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport across diverse teams. • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on more responsibilities. • Capable of self-directing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, and certifications.
