About the Job
This project is about the digital transformation of the systems through the use of modern digital solutions, cloud technology, data analytics and AI.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely as part of the agile product team to design, develop, test and deploy data analytics products (e.g. interactive dashboards, reports and machine learning models) under the guidance of the Product Manager
Key responsibilities
1) Requirement gathering and translation of business questions into technical and analytical requirements
2) Carry out data audits and technical feasibility assessments
3) Design, develop, implement and maintain backend ETL pipelines, AI/ML models, database tables, and frontend data analytics products
4) Performance tuning and troubleshooting
5) Perform vulnerability assessments, code quality tests, user acceptance tests
6) Conduct end-user training, handover training and product demonstrations
7) Perform migration to new technologies where required (e.g., switching of ETL or analytics tools)
8) Perform regression testing and code retrofitting to support tech refresh / platform migration
Job Requirements:
1) Preferably have completed at least one (01) project using Scrum or equivalent Agile development framework.
2) Experience in translating business questions into analytical problems and using statistical techniques to derive actional insights
3) Experience in machine learning and statistical data analysis on large datasets.
4) Strong knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
5) Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modelling
6) Proficiency in at least one tool / language under each of the following area:
a) Relational Database Language (e.g., SQL)
b) Programming Language for AI/ML/Statistical Studies (e.g., Python, R)
c) Data Visualization Tool (e.g., QlikSense, PowerBI, Tableau) ETL Tool (e.g., Informatica, Talend)
