The Job
CPM Solution Architect – Ideally based in the Toronto area but also open to anywhere in Canada.
We’re looking for a CPM Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business needs. You’ll build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, work closely with business processes, and lead initiatives to design and deliver impactful solutions.
In This Role, You Will:
• Build highly collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, design prototypes, create proof-of-concept models, and contribute to solution designs.
• Develop and implement solution architecture for Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Work on application integration and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and planning processes.
• Guide and mentor team members while working on impactful projects.
About You
You will be an experience Solution Architect with strong experience in the CPM space. Below are some highlights of the expectations but if you are missing some but have strong CPM knowledge – let’s speak!
• 3+ years of experience in implementation, configuration and application integration within CPM platforms like Anaplan, TM1, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, or Oracle Hyperion/EPM.
• Strong technical expertise in data visualization, user experience, and planning workflows.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and design collaborative solutions that meet business needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Finance is preferred.

Salary
For the successful Solution Architect with CPM experience, you can expect a salary in the range of:
CAD $110,000 - $130,000 + a strong package
