-Role : DLP Analyst
Duration : 12 months (Contract)
Location : Montreal, Quebec (Office attendance from Day - Hybrid Mode, must live in Montreal or willing to relocate to Montreal)
Job description
• *Responsibilities**:
- Determine and implement appropriate data leakage controls and policies, as well as the placement of such, to satisfy business, regulatory and audit requirements.
- Compile and validate statistical data to be used to determine the viability of implementing specific data leakage controls in the production environment. Be able to communicate this to stakeholders/a non-technical audience in a way that they can easily understand and make risk-based decisions.
- Assist in the ongoing review and improvement of data leakage controls, policies, and processes. Including policy tuning and Stakeholder engagement to improve user experience.
- Proactively assess safeguards across the tool suite to identify potential risks and perform trend analysis.
- Work with Incident Response teams to identify and enhance data leakage controls in response to incidents.
- Design and automate processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and governance of the DLP control lifecycle

Contract length: 12 months
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Montréal, QC H1A 3M7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
