Cross‑functional leadership – Lead high‑performing teams of data scientists, quantitative researchers, and engineers, while working closely with traders and portfolio managers to connect model output with execution. Ideal Background Advanced degree in machine learning, computer science, applied mathematics, or quantitative finance. Deep expertise in predictive analytics, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and large‑scale data modeling. Strong technical fluency in Python, C++ or similar, with hands‑on use of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience in algorithmic or systematic trading is highly valuable; trading instincts or market expertise are a strong advantage. Ability to translate highly technical modeling into actionable trading insights and strategies. Leadership track record in guiding multidisciplinary teams and pushing innovation into production.
