Technical skills
• Identify key pages, components, and user journeys for A/B testing.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion), and test duration.
• Develop test variants (content, layout, personalization rules).
• Configure A/B tests in Sitecore, including personalization and segmentation rules.
• Launch tests and monitor performance in real-time.
• Validate data integrity and ensure consistent user experience across devices.
• Analyze test results using Sitecore analytics and other agreed KPIs
Responsible for:
• Develop & Maintain Performance
• Test Scripts; Create Test Scenarios & Run Performance Tests;
• Collect Performance Metrics; and
• Regular updates on the project progress
